Managing your subscription is simple from your Skip Dashboard. Just follow these steps:
Go to Settings > Subscriptions.
From here, you can:
View your current plan and billing cycle
Upgrade or downgrade your membership
Cancel your subscription
If you cancel, your membership will remain active through the end of your billing period. If you'd like to pause your subscription instead of canceling, reach out to our support team.
Refund Policy:
First-time Skip Plus users are eligible for a 7-day free trial.
If you cancel within 48 hours of being charged, you're eligible for a full refund or a credit.
Refunds are not issued after this 48-hour window for recurring billing.
